A key part of our aim is to train the next generation of technicians, artists, engineers, and researches. A large part of that is accomplished by our residency, which operates as our apprenticeship program. Our residency is a paid six-month program which allows aspiring professionals to both learn and experience their craft hands-on. As they follow along, they’ll get insight from industry professionals, join along with the life and culture of Kings & Thieves, and by the end should be able to perform the work of an entry level position in their field of choice.
