Data Processing Addendum

Sub-processors

Kings & Thieves uses sub-processors to assist in providing our services, some of which may not apply to every customer. A sub-processor is a third party data processor engaged by Kings & Thieves who agrees to receive personal data from us intended for processing activities to be carried out (i) on behalf of Kings & Thieves customers; (ii) in accordance with customer instructions as communicated by Kings & Thieves; and (iii) in accordance with the terms of a written contract between Kings & Thieves and the sub-processor.
